The only thing they fear is The Soldier.

I like the idea but the execution ain't it. The hair has clear clipping issues and the scars look out of place. The hurt me plenty and nightmare variations look better, but only because they make the scars less noticeable. Add on top that there's no way to turn off either the hair or scars and this cosmetic loses all appeal.

i like it but beaten and bruised already uses the doom difficulty names as styles, so unlikely to be added. also i personally think the scars stand out too much, hate to mention it again but you could take some inspiration from the beaten and bruised cosmetic.
