You need either a zombie survival addon or a server hosting it. I dont really know anymore since its years since I made this map, I dont think many play zs anymore, especially not the version I made this map for.

No, it was originally made for player zombies vs human players.

It was made mostly for normal headcrab and fast zombies, maybe there are faster zombies you can try. I dunno

what npc are best to use for the zs maps? I tried using the l4d npcs but the maps are too small and it lags my pc

does the map zs_antarctic_hospital_fixed still exist? I've been looking for it for a while since I used to have it but somehow I lost it.

zs stands for Zombie Survival, as in the mod. It only works on servers/games launched with that mod.

Otherwise it's just a sandbox map, if you want zombies in it, spawn them in, or play on a server that uses npc/player zombies.

This is a great map. It works really well on Murder and Prop Hunt gamemodes too.
