Adjusted the scale according to the 22.3m of a AC4400 in the game. 22.3m / 6.25m = 3.5 ish

Anything over 2.0% usually requires slower speeds and special rules for freight trains. The technical max is usually around 4%. (See Saluda Grade in the United States.)
