From what I have played, this campaign has four maps, with the last one being d4_c17_wtc_inside. Despite that, the last hap has a level transition trigger at the end, which is inside the elevator after going through a room of laser-tripped turrets, but since there is no map after that, the level transition at the end of the last map just CTD'd GMOD.
