@Rusty #DopeRust Thank you bro, appreciate the nice comment. I will be updating the mod in the coming weeks when I have time, have been very busy in life, also I will look into the sandbox settings idea or possibly just have 2 mod options, one with gameplay balance in mind and the other focusing on realistic playthroughs as you mentioned :)
Rusty #DopeRust 9 May @ 2:14pm
@Ravense, firstly, thank you for sharing your mods/work with the community of PZ, awesome work, i've been looking for something like this, since the original mod i used got taken down.

Secondly, i can confirm you that the mod is not working in the most recent build(42.7), the mod doesnt even show up in your mods to activate.

If you dont know how to update the mod to proper be working in the most recent build, here is a little help: Build 42 Mod Structure [pzwiki.net]

Another suggestion i would like to make is that would be possible to make some sandbox options of the amount of uses we can have? I ask this because the same "medicine" in real life between 120 and 100 doses, and i'm aiming to make the game as much realistic as possible.

Keep the awesome work.

Cheers.

@Hey Emo Boy Ive been told it already works for build 42
Akira 17 Apr @ 2:16am
Will you update it to Build 42?
Ravense  [author] 31 Dec, 2024 @ 9:04pm
@B1ueKarou oh thanks! glad to know its working! Ill update tags and stuff
B1ueKarou 31 Dec, 2024 @ 9:03pm
nvm, @Ravense i think the mod works perfectly fine in the new update my bad. seems to work as usual without any bugs, so... excellent coding! i love the mod.
Ravense  [author] 31 Dec, 2024 @ 3:20pm
@B1ueKarou I can def look into how to update the mod at some point
B1ueKarou 31 Dec, 2024 @ 3:19pm
hey, this mod is so useful and i really hope you continue support in B42 and stuff <3
Ravense  [author] 17 Dec, 2024 @ 2:26pm
@Primo not directly but it does help you when you start getting fatigued
Madara Uchiha 17 Dec, 2024 @ 9:57am
Does this effect the asthma trait? Because if so this improves the realism like crazy as a person with asthma that can relate
Agua_Zer0 15 Dec, 2024 @ 9:29am
i also have asthma lol xd.
personally i think you should add an asthma trait to make it more realistic tbh.

@总计23662.22元 Its a drug, i made this mod because I had a similar frustration and it broke immersion for me too lol
总计23662.22元 20 Nov, 2024 @ 1:43pm
In the game code, is it a drug like painkiller or is it a food?Or will it display a property that the drug does not have, such as a shelf life?
I'm using another Inhalers mod that has a shelf life (even if the shelf life is unlimited), but this still frustrates me and breaks the rp:spiffo:
Ravense  [author] 12 Nov, 2024 @ 5:20pm
@Rudolf No problem!
Landstorm 12 Nov, 2024 @ 5:14pm
thanks for fast response!
Ravense  [author] 12 Nov, 2024 @ 4:46pm
@Rudolf they do not interact with each other in that way, technically the inhaler just helps you get your endurance back. So it will definitely help your play through but the codes do not interact
Landstorm 12 Nov, 2024 @ 4:33pm
so is the mod already compatible with the vanilla asthmatic trait?
Ravense  [author] 21 Oct, 2024 @ 5:09pm
@Demistarry actually turns out they do spawn with random durability, apparently i dont know my own mod lmao
Demistarry 14 Oct, 2024 @ 4:13pm
Hello! Do you always find these with a full 16 uses or do they appear partially used when spawning outside medical areas?
Ravense  [author] 14 Oct, 2024 @ 9:55am
@avennine what do you mean?
avennine 14 Oct, 2024 @ 9:48am
may i use bits of this mod for my own mod?
Klauniarz 12 Oct, 2024 @ 9:31am
can't wait to lace my inhaler with galaxy gas to avoid them zombies
Fellix360 12 Oct, 2024 @ 2:16am
needed this for my real life traits run :steamhappy:
Ravense  [author] 7 Oct, 2024 @ 5:19pm
@Pete TECHNICALLY no but it essentially does do this very thing by just giving you lots of endurance
Pete 7 Oct, 2024 @ 2:57pm
Will this temporarily negate the affects of asthma?
negan smith69420 3 Oct, 2024 @ 7:50am
asthma certified moment
FlyingSquid96 30 Sep, 2024 @ 7:34am
not gonna have the chance to try this out yet but are the inhalers hard to find? Because I want them to be a luxury that i rarely find, and is there also sandbox options that affect their spawn rates?
PCR 28 Sep, 2024 @ 6:07am
Sorry didnt open the game with the mod yet, by i guess that would be cool if you could change how many uses an inhaler has in sandbox settings and if you could find them in some zombies eq, cool mod anyways cheers :Dave_thumb2:
Ravense  [author] 19 Sep, 2024 @ 3:03am
@Café Do you realize how overpowered that would be?
Café 19 Sep, 2024 @ 2:46am
reals inhalers have more uses 100 or 150
Ravense  [author] 17 Sep, 2024 @ 2:15am
Make sure to rate guys! It helps a lot! <3

This is a mod that adds an additional shortcut slot separate from the existing shortcut slots.
It has the convenience of being able to use an item assigned to a shortcut slot right away by clicking on it without selecting the item from the inventory.
Ravense  [author] 13 Sep, 2024 @ 8:55pm
@Partis can you friend me and tell me more about this "BzoukPzHotBar" stuff? Cause I attempted to do this very thing but it wasnt possible. Is this like an API?
Partis 13 Sep, 2024 @ 8:51pm
It's better balanced than the Inhaler mod that came out first. It's a bit disappointing that you can't use it right away by left-clicking the mouse when registering it on BzoukPzHotBar.
Thorium 11 Sep, 2024 @ 12:19pm
@Ravense I was thinking something like a check if the player has the vanilla asthmatic trait, and if they do, temporarily remove the asthmatic trait for x amount of time after using an inhaler.
DeluDreamer 11 Sep, 2024 @ 9:01am
These seem much more balanced than the other inhaler mod, I'm gonna give them a try, thank you!
Drawing 11 Sep, 2024 @ 7:22am
this could be blackout
Ravense  [author] 11 Sep, 2024 @ 2:09am
@ebalsya im trying to figure it out currently, but as am i new to modding it might take me a bit, if anyone wants to send friend request and help feel free!
ebalsya 11 Sep, 2024 @ 1:34am
please, add trait that requires these to use regularly (like once per 24hour?)
Sthyu 10 Sep, 2024 @ 9:56pm
please, add skill to need to use :V
Ravense  [author] 10 Sep, 2024 @ 5:18pm
@sampson_h2008 It helps with both stats but only the fatigue stat shows due to how the Project Zomboid code works
suzinistherealjuno 10 Sep, 2024 @ 4:38pm
oh give 15 endurance i remembered it just saying fatigue which is it can someone confirm
suzinistherealjuno 10 Sep, 2024 @ 4:37pm
why is it fatigue and not exhaustion that doesnt help any player let alone one with the asthma trait
Страж пельменей 10 Sep, 2024 @ 3:56pm
I didn't think to add an "asthma" trait like at a random moment your stamina drops to zero and you need to use an inhaler to restore your stamina
Ricksdetrix 10 Sep, 2024 @ 1:26pm
Interesting mod, seems extremely overpowered, it'd be a really nice way to counter the asthma trait and make it more of a medical/management trait
Ravense  [author] 9 Sep, 2024 @ 9:51pm
@DuckGoosebear PrairieDogLover not technically no, but in a way it does because it helps endurance and fatigue.
DuckGoosebear PrairieDogLover 9 Sep, 2024 @ 9:44pm
does this affect the "asthma" trait?
gonna shit 9 Sep, 2024 @ 8:21pm
@Ravense thanks
