Crone's Dome isn't 1 to 1 with a wizard hat, it would be more apt to compare it to the Starlight Sorcerer but even then this clearly has less in common with the other wizard hats in the game.
It doesn't look like the seared sorcerer, starlight sorcerer, all hallow's hatte, spellbinder's bonnet, alakablamicon, or crone's dome. However it does look like Sightseer but on engie and even then it's a different shape. I say this is a really good cosmetic.
Like yeah there's already a lot of wizard hats in tf2 but at least a lot of them are unique-looking. Valve isn't above adding the exact same kind of cosmetic within TF2, they've done it a multitude of times.
