I finally created a guide on how to make your own goggles
If you reupload the mod / create your own please add the following info to it:

yea i know, not sure if thats fixable but it was never meant to be used in third person anyways

nice mod , one issue i found is using 3rd person on the old goggles removes the graininess from them
