finally a cosmetic that fits pyro's character

Hey I have a few suggestions:
- remove the radiation style, keep the flame style as the only one for this cosmetic
- make the default color for the armbands a bit darker and toned down closer to how Cream Spirit looks like
- most importantly, keep pyro's canister Y-strap on his back, so it doesn't look as if his fuel tank was extruding from his spine; most body replacement cosmetics compensate for that in some way

Maybe add another style that replaces the nuclear emblems with something more pyro-y? Because this part of the set would go great with several other things that aren't really radioactive-themed.
