it just sounded and seemed funny to me that the guy have one of his anime reskin mod having the description of "no reupload" and "no derivative" but truth be told.... anime reskin mods are both reupload and derivative... what a d*ckwaffle

just fyi, to know how ass these people are, one of the people I listed, which is daniels, still commenting on weapons mod, smth like this "dog compress". keep in mind i'm on hiatus for over 2 months, yet he's still doing it. that's what you call ~pathetic~. awwwww

To be so invested in being against "compressed version reuploads" and then making weapon anime reskins which are technically still in the context of "reupload" type of mod, and then put "no reupload or derivative" on his reskin mod.... who would've thought

I just check one of the people you mentioned, for someone who would harass and spread hate towards compressers who essentially optimizing their mod and make it more sensical in an old game with certain limitation and considers them "stealing" or "low effort" for this one guy to also have loads and loads of anime weapon reskins on his workshop and seemingly no credits towards the original author for the model or original compiler... who would've thought

only chinese one. people like daniels, animal, baifuck, they're the anti compressed gang, and more ofc. so ass lmao

i tried compressing the textures myself but it the hair doesnt appear transparent as it should and the model looks kind of shinier than its supposed to

I planned to make a compressing guide, but haven't decided when, yet, since I'm still on hiatus of modding, so people could compress on their own if I, at one point, quit workshop altogether

Great work! You're truly a saint. I have used many of your Compressed Edition versions. I always optimized the textures myself to reduce crashes, using VTFEdit for batch optimization. However, some weapons could not be optimized, and some would end up looking terrible. Moreover, some mod files were numerous with each file being very small, resulting in larger files after optimization. Could you share what method you use for optimization? Maybe release a guide or something.

Actually if I recall there is 3 RNG, but I didn't bother to make previews for all the RNGs, when I should've. I'll take a closer look again inside after I got home
