"All the images in the row for "small, gigantism, etc" in tn the xenotype editor are not working properly for me. Its just the red X"
If enough people ask about it perhaps, but this is the first time I've had it requested.
Mess with the ugly genes? I doesn't touch their XML or anything like that, but it does extend the pawn-beauty boundaries.
Basically in vanilla each level of Beauty gives +/- 20 opinion max +40 or -40. I added 2 extra levels on top which gives only +5 each. And two at the bottom which gives only -10.
Mostly for flavour tbh.
Have tried resubbing and loading the mod and its dependencies alone to no avail.
Also appreciate you making this mod to begin with, since I know you were originally against having a separate mod with just the size genes which is understandable since maintaining multiple mods is a pain.
They use the tag and framework mechanics, so they can use most oversized weapons.
The patches for Warcaskets specifically was actually in the Big & Small Genes though, but I'll move those patches into the framework in the next update, but when that update rolls out they will be able to use warcasket weapons as well.
The first question I will try to figure out myself.
I'm not sure I understand question nr.1.
Nr.2
I don't think "The Profaned" needs Big and Small Genes. The gene they want is probably the facial animation gene that is in the Framework, so I doubt either this or B&S Genes is actually needed. The author of The Profaned might not have known the gene is in the framework. (the framework just has a few "system"-like genes).
That said, they might have set up a Patch or LoadFolder that targets Big and Small Genes specifically, in which case that would make it required.
(1)Did framework adapt a new gene pack on your own in Dev mod and add it to the game?
(2)The race mod "The Profaned" say it need "Big and Small Gene and More" to patch Facial animation,did this mod can replace it do the same work?

Yes, it will work fine with facial animations.
You also get the gene from the framework that lets you toggle facial animations on specific characters/custom xenotypes if you want. I'd suggest adding that gene via DevMode to your ghouls and the like so they look appropriately spooky! :)
