Regarding the props not colliding with players, this was done intentionally to prevent lag caused by collisions. Vehicles *should* still interact with props if they are LVS or Simfphys, but I will look into it and see what I can do to fix the issue.
I'll also check on the missing textures.
As for the atmosphere, I don't know if you are referring to the yellow tone that some tracks in the game have.

The rest of the models seem to be missing player and vehicle collision though they can collide with other props and physgun. I thought the issue laid in workshop loading order but reinstalling content before or after the map did nothing
Also, since it's a 1:1 recreation, what about having the ambience from the original game as well?
