I’m not sure how to fix the hegemon thing I’ll look later but I have a local copy patch for 2k ui to fix positions and sizes

Yes, the other flags were shifted, but not significantly. The flag position of the hegemon deviates more, and if the mod‘Proper 2K UI Enhanced’ is used, the flag position deviation degree is even greater.
