@tjhavens03: I have a couple of older ships on the workshop that are 100% Vanilla. They are a bit outdated now, since they were built before mods, conveyors, merge blocks, etc... Some of my screenshots show one that never went up to the workshop.

Typically from the Brochures for various ships, or we go by the preliminary specs (and sometimes have to change the ships later).

We go and find the most accurate specs possible and use many many reference pictures to consult while building. Sometimes this means rebuilding an entire section if we don't feel something looks right. Blinky and I joke about how our motto should be no block on turned. Above all else though, 1:1 scale is most important to us. We try to make sure our ships are accurate to the size that they're supposed to be.

Currently it's a lag monster, but we've been talking about releasing it. Haven't reached a final decision yet.

We're currently having some trouble with the Sanchin Rotors, which are causing that problem. Unfortunately, those are the only rotors right now that allow us that kind of detail in a small space.

Hey was looking at your ships and the detail is amazing, probably the most detailed small ships there are in space engineers. But one question and this may be regarding new updates but is there a possible fix for unstable parts with things such as rotors and pistons etc? Its just that for example the landing gear seems to be a bit dodgy on the 325a especially when activating flight control as one of the landing gears explodes for some reason. If there is a way to fix this please let me know as i want to use the ships to there full potential.

@CSI_Caleb Actually Purrfect-Blinky has created an old one, we'll probably be updating that one to our newer standards! It'll be hard for me to give an ETA though, we have many things going on.

Thanks! We have a lot of fun making them! I'm not sure when the NPC and/or spawn ships will happen, however it's something we've talked about. Also as builders, we've yet to actually create any mods (aside from my N7 Skin) so we'll have to do a little bit of learning too :D

There are a lot of other mods as well. Hammer thrusters, Wyvern engines, ai core, and more. You may find some very important missing bits without the other mods (like thrusters)

Thanks, cant wait for the respawn/npc ships, also if I only have the Sachinhoverbikemod and small ship glass and all those that you mentioned in your first comment will the ships still work without some of the others? Also I really like your ships they are amazing.

We're thinking about doing Star Citizen Spawn Ships and NPC ships since it would be somewhat more immersive in a Star Citizen Survival type world.

Largely the mods on the 325A are from Sanchin's Hoverbike Mod. We also really took advantage of the Small Ship Mega Mod Pack which includes small ship glass. Another notworthy mod is the Blast Door Mod which adds a ton of new shaped Blast door blocks!

@Savage_Napkin: With some of the current glitches from a recent patch, we've got to wait. It broke some of the items on the ship. Sanchin "Rotators" seem to ignore the limits you set for them now and they like to break themselves!
