My apologies, after a thorough investigation of the issue, I solved it. A mod was still in there from a previous build. It caused your mod to not work, however it is working fine after removal. For some reason I had a mod in there that I removed through steam but it was still in the files.

Mod crashes the game and have to disable the mod to even boot the game. Can give more info if requested.
