Wouldn't you just have to replace every one with the same sound then? Then even though it's random it should always just play that one sound right? I've noticed that some of the character mods on my server also don't have specific voice lines (one of them has no sounds for welding call out for example) so perhaps there is a way to delete all of them except one.

I don’t think I’d wanna do it for those cause how random they are, but maybe on the pain sounds I could add an energy shield break sound

All characters should have voice lines for when they are low health that automatically play. Couldn't you replace those lines with the energy shield sound? Sure it might not be EXACT but it's pretty damn close anyways and I think would still be a nice touch.

Hey guys, if you have this installed please update the files I have optimized it greatly removing 30 MB while keeping it looking the same, just did this to help servers if they want the skin on their to keep the space used at a min.
