Вы случайно не пошли по пути нейтралитета? Он ограничивает возможности объявления войны. К тому же в игре есть множество механик, которые позволяют сократить время оправдания.

3. Петрограда нет, есть Константинополь в Византии... при этом в Муромской области у нас столица г. Горький, а не Муром. Рука-лицо.
Это что надо было принять чтобы делать такие глупые ошибки. Нижегородская область, либо Нижегородская губерния с столицей Нижний Новгород.
Про Анкару в соседней русской области вообще слов нету.
4. Как поднимать доверие дворянства? Видимо сами догадывайтесь,либо ни как, кроме единственного "события"- созвать совет на 360 примерно дней, который даёт дебафы.
Мод хороший,но требует больших доработок и исправлений.

1) Im playing as Austria so why i got involved in every other country rebellion war. I mean, sometimes rebellion not even in Europe.
2) Also got a problem with peace deals. Offering successful peace deal -> ai admitted -> my country declaring new war on that country with a truce. Any advices/fixes?

There is a always a reason for civil war. When you trigger one it wont stop until you fix that. Most of the time people miss if you stay in a war too long it gives you exhaustion point and it reduce slowly if you are in peace. Stabili and war support is anothher. Economy, estates, state limit. Other countries might send you invasion.

maintaining economy is part of the mod, it is so easy if you understand the logic. To increase discontent you are doing something also wrong. Dont touch the economic investment of buuildings, keep stability, war support and estate happines high and keep economy positive. To Colonize you need to get the colonization idea from colonization focus open decision screen and check the unhabited lands. You can colonize every province through see but others you need to have neighbour province to colonize
