Well, for the "Cel-shading" effect i just hanged the sun angle in Object Data Properties (110 degrees worked fine for me).

As for the windows, I didn't know how to actually make them (until you posted your last comment), so I thought creatively. I first recreated the texture based on ansdor's car sprites, you can download it clicking here [drive.google.com] (the texture is 256 x 128 pixels in size and you can change its color as you wish). Then in Blender I set the window color to green, and after rendering the frames I replaced green windows with the previously created window texture in GIMP. It wasn't the most ideal way, but it wasn't that bad

For your car mods in the workshop I would also suggest you add them to the "cars" content type category, this way they will be easier for other users to find

Okay I figured it out lol. For anyone wondering, you need to set your windows materials shader to background, set color as an image with a window texture you want, and set vector to "window"

Awesome! I've been struggling with shaders for mine, yours fits perfectly with the style. How did you get the windows and that cell shaded look?

Nice work! one thing other cars were missing was the reflection in the windows, this one fits so well with the game art style
