only suggestion is maybe slow down the heart pumping but even if it were added the way it is now its still pretty good

This is definitely one of those "How has no one thought of this before?" cosmetics. Looks baller, I'd love to see it in game.

While Meet the Medic primarily focused on Heavy getting the Uber attachment, shouldn't this be an all class cosmetic? Considering all classes would have gone through the process to get one of these.
