1 division cost 100k manpower

I found a very annoying problem, from the start the manpower for many countries including the Reich is missing, and it says that there are 1.59 million soldiers on the battlefield, although there are still the same 30 divisions. Please do something about this, the mod is extremely promising and gameplay-wise cool, BUT IT IS BROKEN.

I'm not sure if its me or this mod but whenever I fight my population doesn't go down it goes up.
