Eh, i think they are both equally good items.

But i feel like this one have a higher chance of being added, considering Valve almost never seem to add items with gloves on them anymore.

@TwoTonMoon would be cool if they'll add a separate "Restricted" tag. It would be so easy for creators and solve confusions like one with Corpse Carrier.

Might be helpful if Valve changed the tag to be "Scream Fortress" instead, it seems to cause a lot of confusion

tagging something with the Halloween Tag isn't the same as marking them as Halloween Restricted.

The Halloween Tag is used to tag your item for potential inclusion in the Halloween update.
The majority of cosmetics added in the Halloween Case are not restricted, only a handful of bonus items added are.

Why is it Halloween Restricted, as far as i can read the tags? There are these baggy pants similar to these which are not just for Halloween.

The concept artist of that set was made fully aware of this set during production. It’s no biggie.

Similar themes are bound to happen when creating stuff.

@MeatwadMeatwad they different. Yeah, they both scratched, but pants doesn't tucked in boots, boots themselves doesn't looks too punk-ish and no gloves. They having different vibe, okay?

Perhaps a style where it makes his pants is dark blue, like how it was on the PS3 version? Looks cool regardless, tho.
