Sometimes I get an error 403 code but I can't figure out why. Then randomly the errors disappear and I don't know why. Is there a fix to this?

I tried this again and the commands do not worked, I typed in the event /AWP to give me the weapon but nothing happend, is it supposed to be give awp or /AWP
