Probably It occurs or depends on the load of electricity on the base. I'll try to inspect.

Hmm?

In my environment, the Battery Wind Charger will stop working when the input of Discharged RCB (empty battery) is running out. and stop produces Charged RCB.

Anyway I'm keep going to inspect this stuff.
