The Man In Red is right. Additionally, it's also just asthetically better for Left 4 Dead. Think about it. Glowing blue and white are not colors heavily used and thus stand out better. Red is one of the heaviest colors used, because this is a gory first person shooter. It creates contrast.

This has got to be the perfect and most fitting replacement for the healthpack! I love this add-on, not only because it's an Optican MediGel healthpack from Halo 3, but also because it adds a lot more realism to the healthpack from the Left 4 Dead franchise, since that healthpack does not look like it has the technology to heal people that quickly, like the ones from the Halo franchise do.

Thats a pretty cool lunch box, but I'll think about it on the ammo stack replacments. Though they look really similar to the L4D2 Ammo stacks.

I could do a retexure of the pills to make them look like they came out of the Halo Universe

This med kit looks amazing and I disagree with Nefnoj about making this into a pill, it would be out of place.
It would be cool if you make something of your own for a Halo like pills.

After I release Noble Team I'm gonna focus on some requests that I have fallen behind on. But don't worry I have a plan for everything Halo. I just got to do some other mods.

I agree swallowing medigel wouldn't look good maybe adrenaline would look better idk i can't think of any other health items in halo besides a regeneration field thingy maybe you could work on grenades and molotovs next but thats not up to me anyway love the playermodels and guns too i find it to fit perfectly with the Deluxe Halo hud addon and the halo flood addons i don't remember their authors totally took left 4 dead and made it into halo 4 dead

I don't know... It sounds like a good idea but I think it'll look weird in the hand animations of pain killers. The size of it too is kinda big.

might i suggest replacing pain pills with this i think it would fit more appropriatley
