Yeah, I would love to see this changed so the infected ignore the survivors, but the special infected still do their thing.

I would need to remake it from scratch because this mod is just one cvar but yeah it’s probably doable

hey @Geebanger0! do you think you can make the specials active/unaffected by the mod? like the others said when paired with the guns attract infected mod, having the SI pressure you into making noise is a fun idea. especially if paired with super hordes.

I agree with the guy below. Using your gunshots attract infected mod alongside this was a fun change of pace. Having specials active (alongside difficulty mods) to force gunfire (thus attracting the commons and forcing a fight) would've been a great interaction. Tis a shame.

Can you fix the Special Infected? They seem to not move, or stand at their spawn point, Iand It'd be so cool if they didn't

actually, I probably can. I wouldn't be able to do it based on where you're specifically looking, but if your lights on then any commons within a certain range could be aggro'd. Would that be good enough?

Probably you can also add the opposite if possible, like, common will soon run & attack a survivor when they see them, just like angry zombies :steamhappy:

So, it seems to work but this also affects the specials. I was playing on an online match and they would just stand at their spawn.

this reminds me of the walking dead game where the survivors put on zombie blood to be ignored by zombies unless zombies will attack if provoked, W addon my friend
