I mostly used the distortion VST plugin by MeldaProduction, in combination with voicemod to lower my voice a bit and equalize it, along with adding a very subtle flanger effect if I remember correctly

that is indeed strange, maybe there's some priority messup going on
maybe you could try uninstalling and reinstalling one or both of them

ok, I found the fix for that issue, if you using NEM from workshop that is not updated to the date, it will result in some mods not working propely.

@Snekenjoyer6 AFAIK lurker's hd pack is 100% compatible, I use it myself and I haven't had any issues with both mods enabled

because the mod sets atp soldats to the nexus faction

I'm not sure why that happens, I think I noticed it happen once too when testing in playground mode
I'll see if I can fix it soon since they shouldn't be turning against each other especially in story mode

me encanta el mod, pero desde que lo agregue hace que por alguna extraña razon a veces las unidades del A.A.H.W se pongan en contra de sus soldats en ciertas partes o niveles de la historia

yeah I'll do that sooner or later, I think it's a problem with the method used to add custom voicelines since even decently quiet audio files end up pretty loud compared to the base game voices

you also really do gotta lower the volume. a lot of (probably all) custom voiceline mods get the volume way off and are always louder than the base voices

the n51 dialogue (and grunting lines) are just like static radio noise
alternative for dialogue is just making like agent noises like "eh ah hm ah"

I actually have yet to hear the n51 voicelines, I'll see if I can check them out when I can and I'll consider doing something similar
the dialogue sounds just reuse the affirmative voicelines, since when I first recorded them I didn't realize there was a category for dialogue, but I might add them in the future ^^

there's a fairly commonly used AOL dial up sound on youtube, so I just used that and spliced different bits of it together

I recorded the lines myself (with some minor effects in voicemod), then added distortion to make it sound like it's coming from some sort of military radio, then added the bleeps and dial tones
