I managed to do it with gates only yay!
For those wondering
Accumlator Gate, Greater Than Gate and two constant values (#1 constant value 255: & #2 constant value:150)

I incremented the number from 0 to 255 and when it was 255 I reset it to 0.

I used an E2 chip and a timer

Quick question, how did you do the RGB breathing effect on screenshot #5?
