ここまで出来たらマクロスのゼントラーディ艦艇の砲撃モーションとか出来るんやけどなぁ・・・。

AI国家のmod艦で使われることは無くなるはずです。

The update has reduced the base ship weapon damage of the Storm Fleet by -50%.
We have also added the Moby Dick ship type. This ship type has the ability to reduce the attack power of the Storm Fleet, and has high combat power in itself.
If using from an intermediate save data, you can make the technology available as a research option by using the following console command.

effect set_country_flag = MCIBS_mobydick_tech_unlocked

The majority of the Storm Fleet's power comes from its high attack power, with its defense relying heavily on shields.
By moving the target fleet, it can intercept them in any star system, so if you create a fort in a star system like Pulsar and lie in wait, you can easily defeat them.
In future updates, we will also be adding combat ships with high modifiers for use against the Storm Fleet.

I built an outpost in the crisis base but I haven't seen any special tech, perhaps I'm just unlucky so far.

It should be obtainable via normal research if the crisis end event is activated.

It should work before or during the midgame.
It won't work after the endgame begins, but Crisis Awakening will work if Crisis is "Synthetic Queen."

Astral ship technology cannot be reverse engineered, but it will become available as a research option once the crisis is over.
Note that crisis armament technology cannot be reverse engineered until after the crisis is over.

Are the astral ships like the weapons where you can reverse engineer the weapons? Or only the person who beats them gets them?

There are no corrections for space force capacity or shipbuilding speed in the mod, so this is probably due to the effect of a different mod.
The ones in image 3 are all astral ships with different sections. (Kongo-class Astral BB, Maya-class Astral CA, Nagara-class Astral DD)

To be honest I don't know if the bug is from this mod or from another mod or if it was caused by an vanilla error but his fleet capacity was 0 of 8750 and he could instantly build everything. It was an interesting bug but not the first game breaking bug that my friend has experienced. He experienced a glitch in the card shop simulator game where his money went from $1497 to $76000000000000 after drawing a single card. It is interesting to see him experience those rare glitches though.

What exactly is the fleet capacity bug?

Regarding the types of ships in the Blue Steel Storm crisis, all ships except the flagship are astral ships, and the flagship is only Ars Nova. (Internally, the only difference is the section and ship flags.)
In addition, when fighting against Setana, the celestial ship Furious Diamond is added.

That wasn't what I was asking. I was asking if the crisis fleet itself had hall the ship classes. I haven't encountered them yet and my friend who did encounter them had a odd glitch that gave him infinite fleet compasity and instantly killed everything in less than a second.

Sorry, I forgot that I had included the Cosmic Storm DLC defense effect as part of the additional components.
The Astral Planes DLC is also required, so I will add it to the required DLC.

The Artificial Life Queen's ships are used as parts for the Crisis Forces' ships, and there are events such as intervention in the Endgame Crisis, so they are necessary.
As for the space storm, it is not necessary as it is internally different from the space storm added by the Cosmic Storm.

Crisis trigger events begin at the beginning of the mid-game, and their occurrence rate increases over time, but can be dramatically increased if there are nations with particularly powerful militaries in the galaxy.

To gain access to the technology for Crisis Ships and associated weapons, the Crisis must first be ended.
Any nation that destroys a Crisis Base station will gain research options and progress for the associated technology, and other nations will be able to acquire it via normal research rather than reverse engineering.
