Seems like a lot of the weapons (if not all of them) cause major issues on servers. Could you please revisit them so they can be used on servers?

This mod breaks the game. Each pirate ship has its own faction. That is, if pirates fly into a sector, they start fighting with each other because they belong to different factions. It's the same story with Xotan ships. They don’t have their own faction, but some kind of randomly generated one, and they also start fighting with each other.
