Workshop items for Terraria are downloaded into the Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/105600 directory (105600 here is the ID for Terraria, other IDs are different games). What you can do is just right click any game on Steam and open the game's installation directory there, if it's installed on the main Steam drive then it'll be in Steam/steamapps/common, from which you can just go back a bit and then go into the directory with Workshop items. Otherwise, you'll need to find where the Steam installation is. By default, on Linux it's ~/.steam/steam, on Windows it's in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

I want to back up this pack, but it's not showing up in my computer's storage, even if I put the pack's Workshop ID in the search bar in the Windows file browser. Where do Workshop resource packs get downloaded to?
