1.8 changed the formation gui, so this mod doesn't work in it, some localization strings are dead and all mobilization options are selected from day 1 and unable to be changed.

Probably could update this just by taking the new military_formation_panel.gui file from 1.8 and copying the formation customization panel's subsection from the mod into it.
