Ah, I tried, but the model seemed to be superimposed on the old one and was hanging in the air. It was very noticeable, so I rolled back this update.

I think you misunderstood me, I said the combine shotgunners (the red ones). the prison guards can stay the same if that's possible.

could you make a version where the charger replaces the shotgunner? idk if that's possible but...it would be so awesome...it would be so cool

Well, I tried, it seemed to work, but with this addon https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2939410311&searchtext=horde the replacement doesn't work and it spawns those models that replace both the regular soldier and the shotgunner

the shotgunner is a skin and i don't think you can make the model skin a different model how it works is that when you give a combine soldier a shotgun it goes to the second skin
