That's just the female L4D1 commons, the L4D2 commons (Male and female) use the same attack animations from the L4D1 male commons.
I've had such issues with these things it's made some rounds completely unplayable for me.
Fingers crossed a few admins will add this to their competitive servers (I'm not the only one who's had to ask for subs mid-game because L4D1 CI = framerates from hell).
