mm I downloaded the svn and it does seem TDM released the skin that he made for me :/ Well my apologies I was not aware.

Yes and you are using a skin for this vehicle that is not publicly available which you or someone else obviously stole from the server that paid for it. You can easily use the old school aus police skin that TDM released publicly.
