I will likely remake it and publish a new (much better and cleaner) version, this one was just a bit too messy and doesn't super accurately estimate things.

Ok. I found out the reason why the mod barely show up or work for me. It's because of my heath and armour being set to 400 and 300.

Is there anyway for me to tweak it to work properly? Or will it always be set to 100?

it being based on lobotomy corporation makes me feel like a situation where a single metrocop is still either 'death' level or {Secret} level

The system takes over from Lobotomy Corporation, in which the threat level remains the same until all of it has been fully destroyed. Whether I'll change this I'll have to see in the future, but I'd like to add customisation first (as this will let you set other players as enemies and give them a threat value too letting them be taken into account as well)

Customising the thresholds I most certainly can add, but it would be a bit dangerous to play with as I'm pretty satisfied with the defaults, I'll see how I can implement it.

Each individual enemy is given a rating based on how difficult they are to fight. This number is reduced the lower its health goes, so a strider's health system being different has no effect on the mods accuracy.

CAUTION or FEAR should kick in much earlier with striders than if you were to spawn combine elites for example. The best remedy for this is to allow for people to customise the threat weights of each enemy themselves, which is what I'm trying to get a grasp on (as if i do figure that out, i'd have to remake the mod to allow for everyone to customise the threat of each enemy individually.)

Another suggestion is to allow the player to customize the threshold for each threat level (for example having 10% threat activate the "caution" level instead of 20-25%)

Third and last suggestion is to have the threat level automatically decrease once the threat level lowers (For example threat level "DEATH" goes down to "FEAR" if the threat goes below, for example, 60%)
