Really cool map, love the layout, the sprites and the cool escape, got a bit confused at what to do after getting out the prison, but i got it figured out. then i had a heartattack when there was a red key door at the escape building but thankfully i had good cutters. Very nice

I can see the roof layout being a bit confusing if you don't have the insight of being the one that created the map. I'll work on making it less punishing/confusing in my next maps.

Currently playing through it, and I'm a big fan of the layout. Really like how everything is placed with cool spots and workarounds for obstacles and such, and its always nice to see good amounts of safe space near the cell. Havent managed to escape yet, but I'm still only a few days in. Trying to go through the vent, and I forgot that the game deletes placed stepladders on quit and havent been having good luck with trades for a replacement. If I had to give one complaint, It'd be that the roof layout is a bit confusing. I spent an entire grappling hook just to realize I've been going in circles and wasnt able explore fully because of that.

Still a good map nonetheless, it's great to see people still making maps for the game.

I took the toilet facing up texture from The Escapists: The Walking Dead and I've modified it a little bit to make it appear as if half of it is obscured by the wall. Every sprite except for the railing, barbed wire walls/roof edges and wall decorations was outsourced from The Escapists: The Walking Dead or The Escapists DLC maps tilesets to save time when creating the prison. The barbed wire fence was created by a friend of mine, Remec.

I figured it out. By the way, I loved the custom sprites, particularly the toilet facing up, and I wish more custom maps did that. Did you make those or did you get them from somewhere?

Where the "Custom Maps" folder is located depends on what system you're playing and where your game was installed. I don't see the sense in telling you my folder directory if yours could be entirely different.
Just search up for it in the file explorer, you can spare 5 minutes of your time.

Oh yeah, don't tell us the file location for Custom Maps and instead make us search for it and wait an eternity for the file explorer to find it...
