outside of that its a 10/10 from me (:
Great job
my only issue now imo is the fact that dspecial kinda puts the match at a standstill as you just spam special to get pummels in, maybe you could press attack to do some sorta throw? idk, just an idea
also i think there should be some touchups to the zenith rock - specifically its interaction with dspecial, i have two issues with it - one is that eating the rock takes too long and basically never hits, and the fact it takes a lot of effort to set up with no reward, maybe make it so when you eat the zenith rock - you can't eat someone with dspecial, but can press it to fire a shotgun of rocks or something? again, just spitballing
also the debris has no hit sfx, which feels weird but is an easy fix
very fun character, will see if i can provide more feedback later!
my favorite creepypasta is now in a game...
Yesterday it was OK, maybe it is related to today's update, because now his platforms properly respawn when offscreen.
I originally thought that I was just stupid and didn't get how his neutral B worked, but it turns out that it's just that there's not much to do with it once you place it down. Kragg for example gets to carry his rock around and that gives it depth, but this character's rock doesn't really do anything.
I think it would be interesting if his side B and/or down B swallowed his rock or something, so that you could either shoot out a new projectile or just move it around, idk, give them some type of synergy/interaction between each other, and make this gimmick not feel as underwhelming, and make his moveset actually have some synergy with itself.
Though there are a few moves from the Creepypasta I'd add:
- One attack he can do involves a scratch that creates and spews lava
- He can summon underwater mines
- His swimming form can fly
- He's done a move when he flies up, then slams
- He firebreath can be performed forwards
