That's the main problem I've been having, nothing comes up when I search "(...)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\208580\" As soon as type in "workshop" at all in my files, there are no results at all.

Yep, all Steam Workshop mods are stored in:
(...)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\208580\

Each folder here is labeled with a series of numbers representing mod IDs. For example, the folder 485537937 corresponds to TSLRCM. If you decide to reinstall TSLRCM from DeadlyStream (which I recommend), you should remove that 485537937 folder entirely first.

Once you've reinstalled, things should be simpler. Workshop mods should start functioning again, and other mods will need to be placed into the Override folder within your main game directory.

Alternatively, you can place the mod’s files into the 485537937 folder, replacing any files if prompted, and that should also work. Your choice.

Ohhh yeah see that's the big issue I've been having, I can't find ANY of the mod files that I downloaded from steam for some reason. They're working but no matter what I search up in my files, they don't pop up. TSLRCM is working perfectly fine as far as I can tell but the files are nowhere to be found. Similar issue I was having with HakPad, it was halfway working but I was told I need to move some of the mods files to the game files but I couldn't find the actual mods in my files no matter what. Maybe I'll just redownload TSLRCM from DeadlyStream as well.

Yes, you’re right! Normally, you just take the files from the mod’s Override folder and move them into the game’s Override folder directly. However, since you likely installed TSLRCM from Steam, you’ll need to place the mod’s Override files into the TSLRCM Override instead, which is located at the path I mentioned in my previous response.

And archive is just a .rar file itself, that you download :)
PontiffSully 22. okt. 2024 kl. 12:09
Didn't see anything that said Archive from the mod like you said, will have to mess with this more when I get off work tonight though. Thanks for your patience and all the help so far!!
PontiffSully 22. okt. 2024 kl. 12:01
Yeah I've tried searching for that but nothing comes up in files as soon as I type in "workshop". I just downloaded the mod from deadly stream though, do I just take the files from the override folder and put those directly into the games override folder? Or do I put the entire mod folder in the games override?
AxC  [ophavsmand] 22. okt. 2024 kl. 11:44
No, you don’t need to restart your game—you can safely continue your current playthrough after reinstalling from Deadlystream. Mod compatibility depends more on what files the mods alter rather than where you download them from. TSLPatcher is often used to resolve conflicts, so it’s pretty universal. Some of my files overlap with TSLRCM, but that’s fine since my mod is built with it in mind.

I also looked into why you might not see your mods in the Override folder, and found the reason my mod isn’t working for you. When TSLRCM is installed via Steam Workshop, all additional mods should go here:

(...)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\208580\485537937\override

This is a new Override folder specific to Workshop version of TSLRCM, and it takes priority over the default one. So, if you install my mod from another source, place the files in that path, and let me know how it goes!
PontiffSully 22. okt. 2024 kl. 11:11
I'll try that then! Do you think I'd have to restart my game if I uninstall from here and then install from deadlystream? And are mods from there still comptible with my workshop mods? I'm just confused because my other mods from here work, but I don't see them in the override folder either.
AxC  [ophavsmand] 22. okt. 2024 kl. 11:04
No worries! Yes, since you used the Workshop, those files should normally be in the Override folder. In short, for this game, almost all mods rely on the Override folder, and subscribing to a Workshop mod should’ve automatically placed the files there. For some reason that didn’t happen. There are some ways to fix this, but it might be easier to use one of the links I provided, download the mod manually, and then place the contents of the archive directly into your Override folder.

Since you're new to modding, I actually recommend avoiding the Workshop whenever possible. Modding manually helps you see which mods might conflict with others, and it gives you more control. DeadlyStream is the main hub for KOTOR mods, while Nexusmods is the biggest modding site in general. Some mods even come with a TSLPatcher, an installer that helps patch files for compatibility, which the Workshop can’t handle.

Hope this helps with your modding journey :)

Yes I installed TSLRCM first and downloaded both through steam. My only other mods are HakPad and a texture mod so shouldn't be any issues there. I don't see those in the override folder but would they still be there since I used workshop? TSLRCM seems to be working fine, and the HakPad one is haffway working. This is pretty much my first time ever modding so I don't know much about it or even computers in general really. Recently switched from console

After Atton asks you to train him and you proceed through his dialogue, you should reach the point where you can choose his class, as shown in the third screenshot.

If this isn’t happening, it could be due to a mod conflict. Let’s check a few things:

Did you install my mod after TSLRCM?
Do you have any other mods that might affect Atton or his dialogue?
Are you sure my mod was installed correctly? Check your game’s "Override" folder for files like "atton.dlg" and "a_traincomp.ncs" to confirm (there are more, but that's not the point).

If you're still experiencing the issue, try reinstalling the mod from one of these sources:

Nexusmods: https://www.nexusmods.com/kotor2/mods/1251
Deadlystream: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2551-axcs-shape-your-padawans/

How do I actually pick? I just made atton a jedi but he was automatically a sentinel
AxC  [ophavsmand] 20. okt. 2024 kl. 22:55
Hello! Unfortunately, yes, the mod will affect the language. Dialogue for companions who can be trained as Jedi will appear in English, except for Mira, where only a few specific lines are changed.
nilcolasbiaggio 20. okt. 2024 kl. 17:50
Hello.
Does it interfere with the language?
I have the game in Spanish

I've reviewed the M4-78 files, and there are no conflicts with my mod. So yes, it should work seamlessly!
William Tutore 19. okt. 2024 kl. 12:01
Does this work with the RCM that has the M4-78 feature as well?
AxC  [ophavsmand] 17. okt. 2024 kl. 10:02
Always has been.
I just needed to upload two different versions of the same mod due to the significant changes made by RCM.
Krieger Ofnir 17. okt. 2024 kl. 3:58
Is this now RCM compatible?
AxC  [ophavsmand] 13. okt. 2024 kl. 15:01
Please explain the issue you're encountering. Have you installed TSLRCM first, followed by my mod? If so, which companion are you trying to multi-class? Do you get the option to choose their Jedi class, or does the dialogue not appear at all?
TheGoose91 13. okt. 2024 kl. 13:06
I cant seem to get this to work.
