Oh and also does only the host have to download the exe and the others just have to download the two mods and paste them in the launch options right?

Hey quick question do i need to always launch the mod through the exe file or can i just run it through normal foc with the mods pasted in the launch options

This mod was made specifically for Rise of the Crime Lords and you need that base mod for this one to work properly.

Every faction is playable, same as the main mod. The screenshot is just an example of additional slots.
