To let the intro work you have to rename the file as what the original l4d2 intro was called since l4d2 checks for the name of the bik file

It's not a problem I can fix myself but here's some solutions you could try: clear your cache or cookies, use a different browser, check if antivirus, vpns or browser extensions could be interrupting your download

OR I could just put it in a folder, also putting the folder inside the legacy (non-workshop addons) folder. (left4dead2/addons iirc)

You can get the Valve baby here , it's a Half-Life 2 mod but it works just fine for L4D2. u just gotta place it in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media" as well
