Can confirm this mod shockingly still works at least from a glance was able to research the energy arc techs just fine and able to make the mothership.

Hiya! I am working on a mod that changes a bunch of stats and adds some stuff for nanites. would you mind if I utelized your mod and implemented it into my own? credit due of course :)

As i have already said before, this is a vanilla issue, and the damage doesn't come from the visual projectile.

The enemy IS damaged by the projectiles, even when they get stuck in the air.

This is not a mod problem, this is a vanilla issue

The Energy Spheres are absolutely messed up somehow. I just took an enemy star base and the star base only took damage from the other weapons on the ship while the energy sphere projectiles hung stuck in the middle of space between my ships and the star base. I think its something to do with star bases specifically because it seems to work fine against enemy ships.

real space system scale has issues with basically every mod ever so like

Hi! I love these ships, but i've recently encountered a possible compatibility issue with Real Space - Ships in Scaling? It's supposed to give a +300% boost to speed for ships out of combat (to account for the massive increase in system size that comes from the Real Space mod) but while the thrusters are in fact gaining the bonus, the mothership doesn't seem to be affected by it.

also, i just tested a few of them shooting at 1000 corvettes, they never stopped firing (also this is literally just not a thing that can happen)

Yes the projectile just kinda hovers (again, it's a vanilla projectile, the vanilla version does the same thing)

it's actually really simple. if these weapons have an issue, so does the vanilla version. will i fix that? no, because this mod doesn't do custom GFX

I don't remember getting anything remotely like that with this mod when it was in vogue.

I'd agree if I hadn't seen the green orbs hover and glitch around a star-base without actually hitting the station. Hence why they stopped firing entirely, the barrage never hit so the weapon doesn't finish cool-down.

sounds weird. they're 100% vanilla stats copy pasted, same thing with gfx, so it shouldn't be from this

Good mod. Thanks for it. However there are issues with the Energy Sphere weapon, the vfx seems to glitch out and the ships stop shooting at certain times. Very odd.
