the texturesd white thing strapped around the barrel seem to be missing.

They're the gloves from "CS:S CT's Remade" with the the texures from a CS:S Fpsbanana retex called "Teh Snake's Old Leather Gloves" by Teh Snake/.357 Studios.

Essentially, it's gloves he made himself that aren't on the workshop but that you could easily recreate.
