Does it appear under the multiplayer missions list if you go to multiplayer and host your own LAN server?

It doesn't appear in the scenario list for me.

@Cloacky could you clarify what doesn't work? I just tested this mission and everything seems to be working for me with Lybor loaded as the only mod.
