Also every powerful vassal appears twice in that section
government_has_flag = government_is_nomadic But there is still no law, can you be more specific about how to operate?
I disabled as its not realistic. These governments are descentralized by definition.
would u make a line in description?
here's my Chinese translation:

-> Added a scrollable box to realm laws gui
-> With the help of Google Gemini Pro 2.5
-> The new laws do not apply to Nomads
-> The laws no longer apply to Tribals
-> The laws now apply to barons/mayors
(These laws does not make much sense for tribals/nomads, since they are descentralized societies by definition, and also the game balance must be different for them)
I hope eventually someone with the skills shows up to help us
Paradox reworked the realm/laws GUI, but the vanilla GUI is not scrollable, so the laws don't fit there. I don't know how to add a scroll to the laws/succession GUI.
So, we must wait for someone to make a mod with a scrollable realm GUI, or for someone who is willing to help us with this (adding a scroll to the laws/succession GUI).
I will also see if I can figure something out...
The update is on hold.
It used to exist in the "More Laws" mod that doesnt work anymore.
The idea is that it removes all opnion penalities and similar from people of other religions. In exchange you cant ask them to convert nor can you convert holdings.
I'm trying to make a "peaceful" balkan empire where all cultures have 100 acceptance etc
I love this mod but playing it as a vassal it feels a bit like a lottery which laws are in place.
Another idea would be - probably too complicated to implement - to have a scheme to alter a specific law of the realm so one has a little bit more control over the laws.
Laws will now change with a Liege Decision. This decision will provide a hint about the liege's/vassals' preferences, roughly predicting some of the laws that will be approved. (check the first picture)
