Wilhelm Müller 4 Jun @ 4:02am
the mod is working but for some reason the decision is not showing up so i cant change the laws without console commands but they just get changed right back when i unpause the game
Samaj 31 May @ 12:26pm
Is this mod compatible with multiplayer?
Goggr5 31 May @ 9:26am
Does anyone have the 1.15 files?
smirkyshadow 29 May @ 1:57pm
Playing admin government, and not only is the gui broken so i can't change laws like war declaration

Also every powerful vassal appears twice in that section
smirkyshadow 29 May @ 12:52pm
the gui breaks if you have too many vassals :(

Meu caro não consigo fazer funcionar esse mod. Poderia me ajudar por favor. Tenho outros mods de sua autoria que funcionam muito bem

I believe that if we consider versatility, many players hope that regardless of the main governing system, they can enjoy and experience your creative content. We genuinely appreciate and look forward to it, especially since it's a pity that when we play as Nomads and Tribes, we can't experience your creative work.
GG棒 16 May @ 8:56am
Thank you very much. In the future, dear author, will you modify and update the UI for the nomadic aspect to make it compatible?
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 16 May @ 8:54am
nomadics have a block in the UI file, tribals are fine. Better keep the nomadic restriction for now.
GG棒 16 May @ 3:04am
I play nomadism without these laws, maybe the UI can be projected in the past, or there is no adaptation to this aspect of the nomadic system
GG棒 16 May @ 2:54am
Dear author. Today I went to open that file and deleted government_has_flag = government_is_tribal
government_has_flag = government_is_nomadic But there is still no law, can you be more specific about how to operate?
GG棒 15 May @ 10:50am
Thank you very much, I wish you good health and happiness every day.
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 15 May @ 8:49am
you can edit common/scripted_triggers/zz_gptl_triggers.txt to allow nomads/tribals to have the laws.

I disabled as its not realistic. These governments are descentralized by definition.
GG棒 15 May @ 8:01am
Dear author, could you please upload a version of the mod that is compatible with 1.16 and can still be used in the nomadic and tribal systems? I know I love this mod so much, and I hope that I can experience and enjoy your creativity in any system. Thank you very much

check if TFE (or any other mod) edits "window_my_realm.gui"
BlueTh4nus 13 May @ 5:33pm
would this mod work with TFE? would it override roman realm laws?
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 13 May @ 1:59pm
true! fixed
Ineos 13 May @ 12:23pm
hey im getting errors where the laws names are not being displayed correctly. For example, in notifications im getting "Realm Law Change: "gpt_slavery_law" instead of "Realm Law Change: slavery law"?
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 6 May @ 10:51am
I think its no longer compatible with AGOT. (AGOT probably also changes realm gui)
wunsche 6 May @ 10:44am
Should add I'm using the AGOT mod.
wunsche 6 May @ 10:29am
Can't pass absolute crown authority as the pop up box covers the 4 and you can't click on it...1-2-3 are ok as the pop up box appears under the numbers.
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 5 May @ 3:54pm
@๖ۣۜDimitri - true! fixed now :)
๖ۣۜDimitri 5 May @ 12:56pm

UPDATED TO 1.16!
-> Added a scrollable box to realm laws gui
-> With the help of Google Gemini Pro 2.5

-> The new laws do not apply to Nomads
-> The laws no longer apply to Tribals
-> The laws now apply to barons/mayors
(These laws does not make much sense for tribals/nomads, since they are descentralized societies by definition, and also the game balance must be different for them)
Fell Mor 2 May @ 7:52am
One mod that I have seen unique GUI for the realm/laws screen is Elven Destiny, they put their custom "aurelan Advisor" law type to the left of the entire GUI. He made separate buttons that float off of the menu itself, over the map, when the laws window is open. IDK if that helps or not.
Pch91 1 May @ 9:31pm
has prevision to update that ?
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 1 May @ 6:56am
Yes, this would be the ideal :)

I hope eventually someone with the skills shows up to help us
I think it would be really cool if the laws moved each one to a separate tab, like it is in inheritance law
mlgprocupcake 29 Apr @ 4:59pm
all good, take your time! i love this mod so its well worth the wait. also, once you have the time, can you make a way of allowing your character to vote outside of (but not against) your character traits, gaining a bit of stress for doing so? thanks for all of your content!
ja 29 Apr @ 7:09am
take your time legend
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 29 Apr @ 6:26am
Hey folks! Here's the deal...

Paradox reworked the realm/laws GUI, but the vanilla GUI is not scrollable, so the laws don't fit there. I don't know how to add a scroll to the laws/succession GUI.

So, we must wait for someone to make a mod with a scrollable realm GUI, or for someone who is willing to help us with this (adding a scroll to the laws/succession GUI).

I will also see if I can figure something out...

The update is on hold.
smirkyshadow 28 Apr @ 7:06pm
I also don't see the ui for changing laws but that might be because I mainly play admin
megalemoncola 25 Apr @ 1:53pm
Hi! Could you please make the laws applicable to barons, mayors and the realm priest? If not, they miss out on the plague resistance buff provided by morality laws and infect my county.
smirkyshadow 24 Apr @ 10:16pm
I can't change any of the laws? But maybe thats because I only really play admin, so is the whole voting thing specifically for admin?
fredericogames 3 Apr @ 10:05am
Hello! Love the mod but could you add a "Religious Freedom" Law pls
It used to exist in the "More Laws" mod that doesnt work anymore.
The idea is that it removes all opnion penalities and similar from people of other religions. In exchange you cant ask them to convert nor can you convert holdings.
I'm trying to make a "peaceful" balkan empire where all cultures have 100 acceptance etc
Darkwing Phoenix 26 Mar @ 4:27pm
Love this mod!
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 26 Mar @ 5:04am
More individual agency over laws is planned, and it will come eventually. I need to brainstorm some ideas for something simple to do, yet fun/useful. Schemes are complicated.
easteregg42 26 Mar @ 4:42am
Would it be possible to add the option to have different laws when playing as a King vassalized to an Empire? Maybe as an additional vassal contract excemption?!
I love this mod but playing it as a vassal it feels a bit like a lottery which laws are in place.

Another idea would be - probably too complicated to implement - to have a scheme to alter a specific law of the realm so one has a little bit more control over the laws.
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 25 Mar @ 5:02am
edit the values to your taste: common/laws/zzz_gptl_laws.txt
Doctor Alcoholo 25 Mar @ 4:01am
I'd probably play with this mod if there wasn't the massive opinion debuff with other religions when you have the slave laws, it's particularly bad in africa/steppes/india
Lord Zuma 18 Mar @ 6:55am
This is not fully Compatible with agot, especially the slave law
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 17 Mar @ 11:37am
IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Laws will now change with a Liege Decision. This decision will provide a hint about the liege's/vassals' preferences, roughly predicting some of the laws that will be approved. (check the first picture)
One Proud Brazilian  [author] 16 Mar @ 1:04pm
Yes, you are right. I am planning to make this a 10y cooldown decision. :)
Dimension 16 Mar @ 12:56pm
Instead of laws getting changed due to NPC rulers daring to click a decision, it should happen when the LIEGE wants to do it, like in CK2. Then, if you are a vassal and want to enforce change, you can use a hook to go through with it. As things are, every couple months the "voting" event happens, without anything interesting or engaging happening.
wunsche 13 Mar @ 11:49pm
Can this be updated for the Legacy of Valeria mod? Can only change 2 laws with LOV active.
