if your max gold is 300, then either you haven't enabled the mod, or you have another mod enabled which also changes the sandbox code

yea its not working, ive been enabling and stuff for 30 min and mod doesnt work anymore.

Maybe you have another mod enabled that changes the sandbox settings file?

@General Gold yeah, i tried to unenable and then enable again but nothing seemed to work
the mod worked fine a few months ago

Welp i tested this mod and i say it works very well and it help me making simulations of conquer the world with 1M before the money becomes negative etc.

It will be in the settings on the left side of your screen, BEFORE you start a game. It will be on the screen where you choose which country to play as

I understand what the problem is for many, when you click on settings in the left corner, try to scroll down (there is a slider) and click on *sandbox* and that's it

To enable sandbox mode, get to the screen where you choose a country to play, and you will see a settings icon in the top left. Click this and enable sandbox mode.

Then, when you are in a game, it will be the bottom button on the left side of the screen.

If you have a smaller country, you have a smaller max gold storage. If you keep the game paused, you can add more money and you will only lose it once the game resumes.
