so Napoleon's Russia campaign worked out? that would get the Russians on his side but his losses would still be in the hundred of thousands and given the Spanish front is still going awful it is still likely that a coalition would form again but without Russia and Austria most likely staying neutral Napoleon would honestly probably win
my main suggestion is making Spain a vassal of France given that's what Napoleon's goal was after all with Spain

Avoiding a potential winter campaign by beginning the offensive in spring, thereby giving themselves more time before the harsh winter.
Secondly, focusing on the western part of Russia (the Baltics and Poland).
Thirdly, supporting the Decembrist movements (which began as early as 1810) and backing separatists in Ukraine dissatisfied with the abolition of the Hetmanate in 1764.
The key battles, in my view, would be the battle for Vilnius, the blockade of Riga, and the battle near Pskov, from where the French later directed their forces toward St. Petersburg.
The prolonged defense and eventual capture of Pskov would have marked a major defeat for the Russian Empire, as the city is located at the crossroads of important routes linking western regions to the capital.
