It's the moldy skeleton mod I had downloaded, my bad.

I'm not sure why but it doesn't work for me, does it conflict with any mods (besides human player model changing ones obviously) cause I'm using it in a mod pack. If anyone knows the solution, I would like some help. :)

It's for both, the human NPCs use the same models. I'm not sure what you mean by accessing them, you must start a modded game, load in the addon. When you're in the lobby select it by clicking on human, where you can change their appearance!

i gotta ask, is this just for NPCs you can recruit? or is it also for the player? 'cause if its for the player im not entirely sure how to access the models
