I can attest to the volume difference. Bounty Hunter is much, much louder than all the other voices. So if the author was considering changing it but was in doubt if more people could hear it then yes, absolutely. He feels ~50% louder than everyone else.

I don't know every player's set up, for me the difference is small, so no point. However, you are free to edit these sound files or leave them away as you please.

They're more than a third higher than the normal voice lines. And there's certainly a point, I was streaming it and clicking bounty guy blew everyone's ears out.

The voice files are copied as-is from Ja2 and then converted to Ja3 format (by the mod tools, not by me). They are a slight bit louder than Ja3's voice lines but as there are currently only a handful of lines, there's no point in edting the volume on these. Maybe if I ever add a lot more voice lines it becomes at some point worth the hassle to adjust volumes across the board.

There's some new content added over the last few weeks. We have various new targets and some sidequests along with them. Enjoy.

This is a great mod. Thanks for the content. I do have some feedback. The voice lines are appropriate however the levels do not match the in-game levels (they are much louder). It should be trivial with a program like Audible to lower them to match.

Thanks :) I am working on adding more targets eligible for a bounty. Please feel free to make suggestions. Almost every character in Ja3 is a criminal in some way or other. Please also note that not all targets are immediately available. Later targets/bounties become available as you progress and expand control over the country and will be communicated via e-mail.

I would suggest you try if Carmen spawns in H2. If he does, I'm confident that the feature will work. I think for most targets you might get a bounty even if the target has already been killed at your point of the savegame. Post-World Flip it may be more tricky. Please let me know how it turns out :)

At this time, the bounties are for existing story npcs only and will be communicated by an email from INTERCEPT. But I am working on including also lower-level characters or groups to be eligible for a price on their head(s). It actually looks quite feasible. And there could of course also be new characters added into the mix that returning players don't already know where to find, so that's a very good idea :)
