To make this mod, go to
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Age of History 3\game\gameValues\GV_Peace.json
and edit the GV_Peace.json file so these values are changed as so:
PEACE_SCORE_WINNING_SIDE: 4.50,
PEACE_SCORE_WINNING_SIDE_VASSALS: 0.0,
PEACE_SCORE_LOSING_SIDE: 0.000,
