What does this do for the Mysterious Sphere (two Orb Walkers fight for a rare relic) event? I can't seem to tell. Looking at the github I think it says it gives double gold, but I'm not very familiar with javascript.

Perhaps it should, like the option in Mind Bloom, say "Heal to full HP", then?

Winding Halls is working as intended, although the second option's healing change can be unintuitive. What it does is give you a full heal, so if you're only missing a few points of HP, the option will change to heal you exactly to full, meaning the number can actually decrease as a result.

Example: The default option heals you for, say, 14 HP. You are at 74/80 HP. Upgrading the event will turn that option into a 6 HP heal, which seems worse but it's basically the same. On the other hand, if you were at 24/80 HP, that 14 HP would turn into 56 HP.

It seems that the second option for Winding Halls gets worse when upgraded, reducing healing. This doesn't seem intentional...

Thanks for letting me know. It's actually one of the first events that I made an upgrade for, so a change later on to the mod's framework must have broken Wheel of Change specifically (the upgrade check logic is different for that event). The bug is fixed now.

Doesn't seem to work with Wheel of Change event. Doesn't give the option to drink the potion at any point.

@LS_Naix I can't seem to replicate the behavior. Do you have any other mods active that modify the Mausoleum event? If so, that might be the cause of the crash. This mod almost definitely breaks with other mods that adjust base game events. Otherwise, if you could share a crash log, that might be helpful.

Game crashes at The Mausoleum event.it crashes when you choose take relic without upgrading by bless of forge,and take a random rarity relic instead of certain rare relic with upgrade.

A. Yes, every base game event is upgradeable.
B. There is a limit of 1 upgrade per event.
C. The Ranwid event works with this mod! As for the specifics, I don't want to spoil it but it's one of my favorite upgrades :)

3 questions to ask.
(a) is every base game ? event upgradeable and or planed to be upgradeable?
(b) is there a limit to 1 upgrade per event or can said events be upgraded multiple times?
(c) how would this mod interact if the ranwid event wants to take your blessing of the forge potion (usually the event prevents you from using or discarding said potion at that time)?

@Lidiaz We'll see. While I could technically do it, Downfall does add a LOT of events so it would be a significant undertaking for me. It would probably be easier for me to just rewrite the base code a bit so modders, including the Downfall devs, could add their own upgraded events.

@Jack Renoson Not a bad idea! Adding custom relics wasn't in my plans for the scope of this mod, but I could be convinced to change my mind if there's demand for it. A config option does seem like a good compromise.

Cool idea for a mod! Looking forward to playing with it. Do you think it would be fun to make a relic that upgrades the next 2(?) events you encounter? I think it would be a cool addition to make it more likely to encounter the upgraded events. Could make it a config option to turn it off if you don't want to affect runs like that
