This mod was made specifically for version 1.26. Players can overheat from the disease - there is a warning about this in the description. Try to put this mod last in the list, maybe there is a conflict with some other mod. Not tested with “Expansion”.

Doesnt seem to work in 1.26, players still overheat and die
